 Rehearsals:  are held each Wednesday from 10.00 to 11.30 am during the normal school terms. They take place at The Mid-Herts Centre for Music and Arts which is in Birchwood Avenue, Hatfield. 

Our annual schedule will involve different events such as a Come and Sing, two or three workshops with junior schools, wind and string sections and playing concertos with students from specialist music schools. This provides plenty of variety and an opportunity for a wide repertoire.

                           
                   

   

 The orchestra recently rehearsed with a 'Big (jazz) Band' run by Geoffrey Evans, who also composed some music especially for the occasion.
